  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the equipment to verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
